Impact amps were built by “Sound City” and are very similar to HiWatt. This particular head unit was Made in England in the late 1960’s. Impact amplifiers started in 1963, from within a small unit in Wardour St, London. Later on, it was sold to Dallas-Arbiter.
This amp is one of the very early Dallas-Arbiter ones as it is labelled “Impact by Status”. So, it’s a Sound City amp in an Impact-styled cabinet.
