This is a rare find. Pre-CBS L-series Jazz Master in Candy Apple Red. Guitar is in good playing condition. The headstock has been painted and fixed according to the faded CAR body, apparently from 1965. As you can see, the red is still vivid in the back. Tuners have been changed, and new witch hat knobs.
The 1963 stamped neck is just like it should be. Soft C, with just the right beef. Neck has been worn to matte, and the playing feel is unbelievable. Like famous Finnish guitarist Esa Pulliainen said when he played this: "This must be the best Jazz Master in Finland!"
These L-series Jazz Masters are very sought after. No it´s good time to hit the order button...
